Asylum

Domestic violence, sexual assault, trafficking of aliens. I explore the traumatic events that forced you to flee your country and assess the emotional and psychological impact of these experiences on your life. The evaluation supports your asylum application by documenting symptoms consistent with trauma, persecution, or violence. The 1-Year Filing Deadline Asylum applicants must generally file their application within one year of entering the United States. Exceptions include: -Changed circumstances: Worsening conditions in your home country or new psychological conditions resulting from past trauma. -Extraordinary circumstances: Events such as severe trauma or medical issues that prevented timely filing. My evaluations document psychological conditions such as PTSD or depression that may have contributed to a delay, providing your attorney with evidence to support exceptions to this deadline.
